Our philosophy is that we listen to each one of our client’s needs and desires with each in particular case or conflict that they have. And the idea is to find out what is it that that client wants? And how can we best achieve that goal. Almost all clients are interested in some kind of efficient resolution if we can find it. So, it’s listening to the clients, being able to develop a strategy tailored for that individual client and then trying to implement that to success for those clients.

So, I’ve been involved with the Arizona Association of Defense Council, which is our local Arizona defense bar organization. When I started working with Rick Righi, he was on the executive committee for the AADC. He got us involved early on. I served for two years on the Arizona Association of Defense Council’s YLD board. I’ve been on the board of directors now for the past eight years. Last year I served as the treasurer of the organization, and I’m currently the president-elect and next year will serve as the president of the AADC. I’m also involved on a school board. My kids go to a local school here, and I’ve been serving on that school board for the past two years, currently as the secretary on that school board.
