Well every state has a standard visitation, standard custody arrangement that they lean to and most of the time that’s joint custody. I think what is very helpful in the collaborative process is our mental health professionals help set up a parenting plan. And what’s very special about that is we can look at how the family is already living and then most probably continue that in some way, shape, or form that works for them versus some major change that the children aren’t ready for or maybe the parents aren’t ready for. I think it also helps to educate our parents about the developmental needs of children so that they can respond appropriately. So whether parents are professionals or they travel or whatever is unique about their particular situation or and sometimes it’s that they choose to live close to each other so that it’s easier on the children we can help them accomplish that.
