we call limited liability companies
individually and then having a limited
liability company be the parent of all
the other you know the smaller limited
liability companies it’s
again about organization
and
ensuring that you’re able to identify
all of the assets where they’re located
how what their value is if we’re talking
about real estate we might want to
dispatch a real estate appraiser to get
an approximate value as to what the
asset is worth or we want to look at the
financial statements to understand what
the assets are actually worth or car
collection would be another example or
an art collection would also be an
example of complex assets complexity
comes from the valuing of these assets
and determining how they’re going to be
divided
