It depends. So, if your boss is what we call if they have the jerky boss syndrome, which is he’s like Equal Opportunity to anybody, he’s just, you know, screaming at people to do their work, get here on time, just a total nightmare to be around, but he’s not targeting someone based upon their race, or their religion, or one of those protected classifications, then probably not in the employment world.
