Yeah. So, there’s been lots of things in the news. Um, you know, Prince passed away without an estate plan. I mean,
Michael Jackson’s estate was a a huge controversy that went on for years. I mean, it’s amazing how we have these
incredibly talented, wealthy, sophisticated people who, for whatever reason, did not do careful planning
about what happens to their assets after they pass away. And these things almost always if there’s not a good plan and
there’s lots of money at stake, it’s very common for it to end up in litigation where you have different people saying I should have got this,
you took that and people are suing each other and it can be very contentious, very emotional and very expensive to
litigate these matters in court. So, I mean, you can just look at any sort of estate plan gone wrong, you know, uh,
Google celebrities who died without an estate plan and you’ll see a huge list of litigated matters that happened because people with these massive
estates, you know, that include their intellectual property rights, which can be extremely valuable, being embroiled in court proceedings for years and years
and tons of money being spent because the celebrity passed away without careful planning in case.
