No, it’s the – they’re used interchangeably. In other parts of the country, DUI is prevalent. In Minnesota, it seemed to always be a DWI until the last several years. But also include in that BWI, boating while under the influence, because the consequences for that can be very similar, although a first-time BWI does not go on your record if you can get it down to a careless boating, which is pretty important. It can be used against you for a subsequent DUI prosecution.
