if they’re served with a notice to
appear is consult with an attorney.
Because a notice to appear initiates
removal proceedings, the person is
essentially at risk of being deported.
And knowing and understanding what
relief an individual may have is
important. And the only person who can
advise as to that would be a licensed
competent attorney who practices an
immigration law.
