or herself in removal proceedings it
could be in the form of asylum where
somebody can show that they are afraid
to go back to their country of origin
secondly it could be in the form of
renewing their
I751 where they were attempting to
remove the conditions from their
conditional green card in order to get
the 10-year green card or it could be
that they are seeking cancellation of
removal because they’ve been in the
United States for instance for at least
10 years they are a person of good moral
character and they can show that their
removal from the United States would
cause extreme hardship to a qualifying
relative those are just three of the
many options that could be available to
somebody who is in removal proceedings
removal proceedings as you can imagine
are very complex in nature and so this
does not come as a surprise when I say
