The court’s going to look at the best interest of the child and my strategy is to really put together all the pieces
for the court. You could imagine how much discretion the court has in deciding what is best interest. So, we
want to put together those things that stand out. What’s working with the custodial schedule, what may not be
working, um, with any of the medical decisions that the parties have made,
some of the concerns that we have, so we can share with the court what needs to change and what it is that we’re asking the court to order.
