I don’t think you always have to get a

lawyer um when you’re in a car accident

if there are no major injuries if the

insurance company’s treating you fairly

you don’t have to get a lawyer my

experience has been the insurance

companies do not treat you fairly and at

some point whether it’s dealing with

your rental car your property damage or

trying to get your injury claim resolved

you’re going to have to have a lawyer

it’s unfortunate these issues get kind

of get complex and when you start

talking about stacking insurance I

expect our Law Firm knows more about

insurance stacking liability

underinsured uninsured med pay pip than

most any lawyers in the state and so you

know yes eventually unfortunately you

might have to get a lawyer
