business law has gotten very interesting
um
it’s kind of striating i think there are
a lot of new startup companies that i
see
people who have now spent time
in their homes researching
learned a good bit of information from
the internet and have the creative
spirit to spark a new business there’s a
lot of new areas in technology and
markets um that people are entering into
and i think that a lot of people now
have
the
wherewithal um and the curiosity i would
say to start a new business
and then conversely you have you know
large conglomerates that are a lot of m
a that are picking up the smaller to
mid-sized businesses that these
entrepreneurs have
created and established and so it’s
almost
you know there’s not a lot in the middle
the mid-range size business doesn’t get
addressed a lot those are a lot of our
clients but we also have clients that
are startup clients that we bring to
mid-range help them sell we also have a
lot of clients that are in the mid-range
and are looking to pick up more smallers
more smaller businesses to grow so
there’s a lot of development it’s i love
i love the spirit of entrepreneurship i
i have seen in the last three four years
and i hope it continues

Las Vegas, NV business law attorney Tisha R. Black talks about the trends she sees in business law. She mentions that business law has become increasingly dynamic and multifaceted. Many new entrepreneurs, having spent time researching from home and gaining knowledge online, are now bringing creative energy to launch innovative businesses. Emerging technologies and evolving markets have opened doors for these individuals, who possess both curiosity and the initiative to start something new.

At the same time, large conglomerates are actively acquiring smaller and mid-sized businesses that these entrepreneurs have built, creating a noticeable gap in the middle market. Many of the firm’s clients fall into this mid-range category, while others are startups that the firm helps grow and eventually transition to new ownership. Additionally, some mid-sized clients seek to expand by acquiring smaller businesses. The recent years have showcased a vibrant spirit of entrepreneurship, which remains both inspiring and promising for the continued development of business law.
