Well, everybody knows what in-house counsel means. That’s an employee of a company who’s an attorney uh who handles
the day-to-day legal affairs of the company. We at Robinson Farley Spound Williams act as outouse counsel for our
clients in that we provide the same services as an in-house counsel would do um including estate planning, real
estate, business planning, litigation, employment, all different kinds of matters. But we’re able to do that in an
independent basis that we have an independent judgment and can provide the client um good information outside of
the employer employee relationship. If we are unable to um handle the work because of its specific nature then we
will find a component counsel for the client and retain them for the client.

Indianapolis, IN business attorney Steve Robinson talks about his work as out-house counsel.
