Houston, TX employment law attorney Gregg M. Rosenberg talks about what makes his firm different from others and the level of service they proved to their clients. He explains that he likes to highlight what differentiates his firm from others: he has 35 years of experience, over 30 of which have been as a board-certified specialist in labor and employment law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He recalls that when he first became certified, he was among the first three to five lawyers representing primarily individuals to earn that distinction, which was a significant achievement at the time. He has consistently maintained that certification throughout his career.
His firm focuses exclusively on representing employees in claims against their employers. This specialization ensures there are rarely, if ever, conflicts of interest, allowing him to devote full attention to employee-side representation. He emphasizes that the level of service his firm provides is critical. From the moment a client calls, he understands that they are reaching out because something adverse has happened—or potentially could happen—to them.
He ensures that every client receives clear, upfront communication. He stresses that even when his team handles complex matters every day, the client may be experiencing it for the first time, and what seems basic to a lawyer can feel confusing to someone unfamiliar with the legal process. The firm’s goal is to make things as clear and direct as possible, ensuring that clients always know where they stand, what is happening, and what is likely to happen next.
