so what makes our firm very different
than other law firms and many other
employment law firms is that when a
client comes in to meet with us they are
meeting with the attorney who’s going to
work on their case we don’t have a back
room full of you know uh less
experienced attorneys or attorneys who
just graduated from law school who are
doing the work on the case daytoday the
people doing the work on the case
daytoday are either me or Chris that’s
it and so when a client calls to talk to
the attorney who’s handling their case
it’s me or Chris and when somebody is
arguing before judges or presenting the
case to a jury it’s me or Chris and
that’s really important from a client
perspective because if you go into a law
firm and you’re comfortable with the
attorneys that you’re meeting with it’s
us who’s doing the work for you so you
have com a level of comfort with the
attorney who’s going to be handling your
case the whole time if you go into a law
firm and you love the attorneys you met
met with but they’re not the attorneys
doing the work on the case you have no
idea the caliber of attorney that’s
doing the work or even who they are
sometimes it forces us to be selective
but it also allows us to be selective um
and by being selective it has the
unintended consequence of our
adversaries knowing that when they get
uh whether it’s a letter or a complaint
filed by the Lenzo Ree Law Firm that
there’s a lot of credibility in that
complaint and just because it’s us who
filed it because we it’s us doing the
work

distinguishing ourselves from our
competitors as well as from the large
defense firms that we are up against by
being extremely detail oriented and
being almost perfectionist in how we

uh likes to consider herself a detective
and will dig into the facts in a way
that very few other attorneys would and
we’re both very um particular about how
our written product comes out and end up
being extremely well prepared for our
oral arguments before a court or being
extremely well prepared for trial so
that we’re not wasting time in front of
a jury or in front of a judge uh and
that attention to detail and that desire
to be as close to perfect as we possibly
can while still being human uh is
something that unfortunately is not as
common in the legal profession as one
might think or one might want
