  • Obtaining a $15 million jury verdict in a wrongful death case involving a hit-and-run accident that claimed the life of a mother of two children in Bakersfield, CA (Paregien v Perez dba E&M Trucking).
  • Securing a $20 million settlement through arbitration in an insurance bad faith case on behalf of her clients.
  • Representing a family in a wrongful death action against BNSF Railway and achieving a jury verdict of $1.5 million (net $454,000) (Kruger-Small v. BNSF).
  • Successfully representing a client in a personal injury case and obtaining a jury verdict of $1.28 million (Berry v. Hicks).
  • Securing a $3.99 million verdict in an insurance bad faith lawsuit on behalf of an historic Orange County hotel against Lloyd’s of London (Saddleback Inn, LLC v. Lloyd’s of London).
