The biggest challenge in presenting a case is, I think occurs during voir dire, the choosing of the jury panel itself, because there are cynics out there who will say, well he or she is dead, so why should we be paying because somebody is dead? And it’s important to be able to frame a wrongful death claim in terms of the piece that has missed – that has been taken from the heart of that family. And that’s why it’s important to have counsel there to reflect on the value of what has been lost.
