my approach to handling workers
compensation cases is i try to look down
the road to your future
this injury is obviously something that
you did not expect and it may cause you
to lose time from work
which could cause financial worries to
pile up
it may cause you to require extensive
medical treatment and so by looking down
the road
i’m able to form a game plan to
determine how best to put you on the
path to recovery from a medical
perspective and also if i can get your
weekly compensation started right away i
can try to minimize financial risk to
you down the road so that hopefully this
injury does not end up
creating lasting damage further i can
try to put you
in a place that you might
be even better off than you were before
you got injured in the sense that
workers compensation does provide for
retraining
if you need that as a result of your
injury so i try to think about
where are you going to be in 10 years

Charlotte, NC personal injury attorney Christian R. Ayers discusses his approach to handling workers’ compensation cases. He shares that his approach to handling workers’ compensation cases is to look down the road to the client’s future. An injury is never expected, and it can lead to missed time from work, financial worries, and the need for extensive medical treatment. By anticipating these challenges, he works to form a game plan that puts the client on the best possible path to recovery.
From a medical perspective, he focuses on ensuring the client receives the treatment they need. From a financial perspective, he aims to get weekly compensation started as quickly as possible to minimize future risks and avoid lasting damage. He also notes that workers’ compensation can provide opportunities for retraining if an injury prevents someone from returning to their previous job.
His philosophy is to think about where the client will be in ten years, striving not only to secure recovery but also to put them in a stronger position for the future.
