the biggest challenges we face in
workers compensation cases would be
obtaining the correct and appropriate
medical treatment for our clients what
we find is that insurance companies are
really intent on saving money
they
choose doctors based upon that effort to
save money they don’t choose doctors
based upon an effort to get the best
possible outcome for the client and so
what we spend a lot of time doing is
litigating appropriate medical care for
folks so that they can get recovery as
quickly as possible and get back to work
and be secure in knowing that they’re
going to support their families

Charlotte, NC personal injury attorney John F. Ayers talks about the biggest challenges he faces in workers’ compensation cases. He explains that the biggest challenges faced in workers’ compensation cases involve securing the correct and appropriate medical treatment for clients. Insurance companies often prioritize cost savings over the client’s best outcome, selecting doctors based on minimizing expenses rather than maximizing recovery. A significant part of the work, therefore, involves advocating and, when necessary, litigating to ensure clients receive proper medical care. This approach helps clients recover as efficiently as possible, return to work, and maintain financial security for themselves and their families.
