when we as attorneys create an estate
plan that sometimes people just focus on
the creation of the estate plan but the
administration of that plan is equally
as important and what i mean by that is
it’s sometimes very easy to create the
trust or the documents and put the plan
in place but the real
test comes what happens when mom and dad
have passed away
and the plan now has to stand on its own
we never leave our clients alone in that
situation we are here to help them
administer each plan that we create and
so we have a staff of of employees that
are trained to work with our clients to
handle
the issues that come up when a person
passes away we know what needs to be
done and what steps need to be taken we
are part of the team we are there each
step of the way to make sure that not
only is that plan created correctly but
that it’s administered correctly when
they really need us
Las Vegas, NV estate planning attorney Gregory J. Morris explains why trust administration is so important. He shares that when he and his team create an estate plan, he emphasizes that the work doesn’t end with drafting the documents—the administration of the plan is just as critical. While it’s often straightforward to create a trust or other estate planning documents, the real challenge comes after the client has passed away, when the plan must function as intended on its own.
He and his staff never leave clients—or their families—on their own in that situation. The firm provides hands-on support to administer each plan they create, guiding beneficiaries and trustees through every step. Their team is trained to handle the practical and legal issues that arise when someone passes, ensuring that every action is taken correctly and efficiently. From creation to execution, he and his team are there to make certain the estate plan works exactly as intended when it is most needed.
