NY estates planning & probate attorney Russel Morgan, Esq. explains how to ensure that funds are not misused in a trust. He explains that a significant part of their practice is trust administration. They represent trustees, ensuring that they fulfill their duties properly for the benefit of the beneficiaries, or they represent beneficiaries who feel they have been wronged or simply want assurance that their trustees are acting in their best interests. This aspect of the practice goes beyond just creating trusts, estates, or foundations—it also involves ongoing management, either on behalf of the beneficiaries or the trustees themselves.
