Well, the primary factors are are going
to be, you know,
sorting through those assets that the
parties have accumulated and then
determining how best to divide them as
between the two. that entails uh
determining from the parties what
they’re interested in, what particular
assets they may have uh uh their eye on
and in in terms of the divorce process.
Uh so that’s an initial part of the
process. Beyond that, um in terms of
these property division matters, it’s
working often times with experts to sort
out what you have in terms of dollars
and cents. So we’ll work with uh
business valuation experts, we’ll work
with real estate uh appraisers,
uh we’ll work with various experts in
terms of accountants. Oftent times
usually the focus being placing a value
on the asset so we can determine what
we’re dealing with and sorting that out.
