When I’m working with an action sheet I like to capture who, what, when, where, and how much. So who are the whos? The whos are owners. They’re owners. They can be competitors. They can be potential assignees. They can be potential litigants in fact, or assertion targets, or they can be acquisition targets, but it’s basically dependent upon my client. What do they want to answer? So who is always the very first thing that I like to cover.
