So the question is when to conduct freedom to operate analysis and at the early states of product development it will be important to establish some boundaries and understand who the players are, what technologies are out there, and what do you need to concern yourself with with regard to navigating that space. And so you’d want to conduct a freedom to operate analysis early on, at least a preliminary analysis and then as the product develops and the technology matures, you’ll want to also refresh that from time to time. And certainly, before product launch you want to make sure that you’re clear of competitor patents.
