My favorite past time is reading. I read a lot of fiction, spy novels, thrillers, mysteries, some biographies because I think that teaches me a lot about people that I want to look up to and I find ways that I can improve myself and how I can present myself. And a lot of nonfiction, I like those stories that talk about what real people did to solve real problems and how they look at the world shapes our worldview. And I use that to bring myself back into focus and I use that in my practice but it’s also relaxing.

And I actually don’t read anymore I listen on Audible and I’ll listen to the same book two or three times because I’ll listen to it in the car and I’ll be distracted and then I’ll oh, that’s nice. And my favorite book at the moment that I’ve reread many times is A Gentleman in Moscow, which is just a terrific diversion.
