Call me early. Do not wait until the problem has festered and gotten out of control. A lotta times, literally, we can resolve an issue with a phone call or a letter or a meeting. If you wait, try to figure it out yourself, that can be litigation, lawsuit, courtroom, appeals and beyond and hundreds of thousands of dollars. It’s kinda like the Fram oil-filter commercial, if you remember that: $4.00 oil filter or $1,000.00 overhaul? Okay, I’d rather do the $4.00 oil filter. Call me early.
