Oakdale, MN commercial litigation attorney Brandon Schwartz tells the story of a memorable noncompetition agreement case he handled. He shares that early in his career, shortly after law school, he handled a very contentious non-compete litigation representing a company. Seven or eight employees had left to join a competing business, making it a high-stakes case between two major companies in the Minnesota community. Throughout the litigation, he and the opposing attorney frequently clashed, each zealously advocating for their respective clients.

After the case was settled, the next day the opposing attorney called and offered him a job.
