To be successful in the courtroom, you need a lawyer who has experience. That is somebody who has been there, somebody who’s tried cases in front of juries.
And that’s what we do. We try cases in front of juries. Ultimately, if the insurance companies, and that’s who we fight, is the insurance companies. If
they’re not willing to cooperate, if they’re not willing to make us an offer and compensate our client to an amount that we think is fair, we take them to
court. And the ultimate result of that is to have a jury trial. I personally have tried almost a hundred jury trials over the last 30 years. Um, and you need
to have a lawyer who has experience in the courtroom trying cases, putting on
cases in front of juries, presenting the evidence, putting on medical experts,
too. That’s very important. Um, every case that goes in front of a jury uh to a verdict, you need to have an expert
testify. And the expert will testify about injuries, damages, pain and suffering, uh, medical expenses. And you
need a lawyer who’s actually done that before, who knows how to get the information out of the expert, out of the doctor in in this particular case,
and to be able to get it in front of the jury so that the jury has an understanding of what the injury is,
what’s the diagnosis, how did it result from this from this motor vehicle accident, from this trauma that was done to the plaintiff, and then to have an
understanding of the treatment that they went through and why all that was reasonable and necessary. And that’s
what we do. And we’ve been very successful over the years.
