I think the most rewarding aspect of my practice is making a difference in the lives of our clients. A lot of our clients are young, some of them are children, some of them are teenagers or mostly girls, and boys, actually, in colleges in their early 20’s. And you’re at a stage of your life in all of those situations where you really rely on other people to put you on the right road, to give you good advice, and to be able to help you dealing with things that you’re often dealing with, I mean, hopefully, dealing with for the first time in your life.
So the most rewarding aspect of my practice, you know we sort of have a joke in our office like our clients really appreciate us. They appreciate what we’re doing for them; they always thank us. You know when you’ve got corporate clients or you’ve got civil litigation or you’re dealing with more impersonal areas of the law your clients often don’t really thank you because it’s often just a business dispute that they’re trying to resolve. But our practice is very rewarding because our clients really appreciate the work we do for them. We’re able to develop relationship with them on dealing with some of the most problematic and difficult areas of their lives. And a lot of times and I would say in a majority of the times we’re able to make a difference for our clients and help them move on with their lives at least with a new understanding and new empowerment.
