Well, I think the most rewarding aspect of my experience as a lawyer has been to resolve people’s problems. It seems trite but that’s what you’re doing you’re really solving issues for both parties whether you’re on the employee side or on the employer side and getting them to resolve their differences. Sometimes that resolution occurs in court, which isn’t necessarily the most pleasant thing for everybody but we’re getting the issues figured out in a way that is fair to everybody as best we can.
