As a lawyer, it’s pretty simple. I graduated law school and immediately went to a law firm to practice restructuring law. My intent was to stay a year and then go into the business of restructuring but I loved everything I was doing and so now, I’m 37 years behind on my career plan. And I’ve been practicing restructuring since August of 1977. And academically for approximately the last 12 years, I’ve taught a course in corporate reorganization which is a mix of Chapter 11 and corporate governance at Harvard Law School and for the last six or seven years I’ve taught the same course at Michigan Law School. I do one in the spring and one in the fall.
