My approach to representing clients starts off with every client and every potential client has to hear what they have to hear, not what they want to hear; to be very realistic, not to promise what can’t be produced; and to make sure that, in the end, they understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and whether they agree with the outcome or not, they understand why the outcome came about.
