Portland, OR family law attorney Michael Yates talks about the philosophy that guides his work and shares his most common piece of advice to clients. He views his work as part of a collaborative team effort. That team includes the client, himself, his paralegal Sarah, a senior paralegal, and, at times, an associate attorney. Each member of the team has specific responsibilities and obligations, with an emphasis on avoiding duplication of effort and maintaining regular communication to stay aligned on progress and direction.
