for me the the most rewarding part of of
my job is just helping people in
vulnerable circumstances and solving a
problem that they can’t solve for
themselves and we deal with a lot of
people who are
just in very vulnerable times whether
that’s the death of a loved one or
preparing for their own demise
we can sit down with them and
take this problem they haven’t thought
of or have pushed away or has been
thrown in their lap to take away the
confusion
and
the complication
and let them just deal with the things
that are important to them whether
that’s spending more time with loved
ones or remembering their loved ones
we can
take away
that part that can be scary in that
unknown aspect
i am in a unique situation where
i work with my father i work with my
brother and they have been great mentors
to me my brother he was ahead of me
in his path to becoming a lawyer a few
years my
dad has been practicing as an attorney
for 30 years
my grandparents
their attorneys and so i just have a
wealth of of mentors and knowledge to to
lean on and to look up towards my
grandparents do a different kind of law
but their philosophies in practicing the
law
have carried over onto me as far as how
we treat
clients and how to to deal
professionally with people

Las Vegas, NV estate planning attorney Zachary Morris discusses the most rewarding aspect of his practice as well as his mentors in law. He finds the most rewarding part of his work is helping people in vulnerable circumstances and solving problems they can’t handle on their own. Many of his clients are navigating extremely difficult times, whether it’s coping with the death of a loved one or planning for their own eventual passing. He sits down with them, takes the problems they haven’t thought through—or have been suddenly thrust upon them—and removes the confusion and complexity. This allows them to focus on what truly matters, whether that’s spending time with family or honoring a loved one, while he handles the aspects that can feel scary or overwhelming.

He benefits from a unique support system: he works alongside his father and brother, both of whom have been significant mentors. His brother was a few steps ahead on the path to becoming a lawyer, and his father has practiced law for over 30 years. Additionally, his grandparents were attorneys, providing a rich legacy of guidance. While they practiced different areas of law, their philosophies on client care and professional conduct have deeply influenced how he approaches his own practice.
