I started out as a trial lawyer in the San Francisco district attorney’s office. I spent seven and a half years there and tried 115 cases. Then I turned my attention to civil law and specializing in civil law I’ve tried 78 cases. That’s a small number compared to the amount of cases I’ve settled. Obviously, most cases do settle, I’ve settled over 1,000 civil cases and I’ve settled over 1,00 criminal cases.

Based on my trial experience and ability I’ve become certified by the state of California as a civil trial specialist. I’m also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as both a civil trial specialist and a civil pretrial specialist.
