Since I left the Supreme Court, I’ve been spending most of my time mediating and arbitrating cases.  I’ve probably mediated close to 1,000 cases, a lot of them very complex cases involving anything from employment to government disputes to municipal disputes, partnership, anything that comes into our civil court system.
