Well, we’ve handled a number of different types of medical device claims and cases throughout the years. Most recently, we’ve been involved in the metal-on-metal hip implant cases involving situations where people got a new hip implant inserted, they were told that it would last for a number of years, 15, 20 years, and what happened was the metal started to really come apart from the implant and enter their bloodstream, requiring revision surgery, have the hip implant removed and replaced, and terrible pain as a result of it and having to go through additional surgery. So that’s been the most recent medical device case we’ve been working on but we’ve handled large numbers of cases involving defibrillators, heart valves and have been involved in cases even back to the days of the silicone gel breast implant controversy which was in the early ’90s.
