well one clear Trend we see in the

prosecution of gun charges is that

they’re going up there are more and more

gun charge prosecutions by the year

because it seems that there are more and

more guns out there the other Trend we

do see is here in Washington DC the U.S

attorney’s office that prosecutes all

firearm charges they are tending to be a

little more sympathetic to defendants

who simply come into the Washington DC

area or here into the district with

Firearms which are properly registered

and licensed in other jurisdictions but

are not here in D.C and so we are

starting to see a trend that the

prosecutors from the U.S attorney’s

Office are being more sympathetic to

people who are of that nature and are

charged with firearms
