immediately um however in the case of
let’s say a brother petitioning for his
sister there is a very long time that
the brother needs to wait uh for a visa
to become available for his sister that
wait time could be 15 16 17 years that
being said I usually tell my clients to
lodge their petition anyway because time
does fly and so the sooner you lodge
that application the sooner the clock
starts ticking
