probably the fact that most of the time
people are caught red-handed with drugs
in their vehicle or in their house or
when it comes to federal cases, there’s
been a very long investigation. So that
there’s kind of a lot to overcome. You
got to do a lot of digging into how the
search warrants were acquired. You have
to do a lot of digging into how the
undercover agents acted, how the
confidential informants behaved, and
what their motivation is, and really
trying to determine what can be done to
break down the government’s case,
whether it’s a state case or a federal
case.
