so the advice that i give to our clients
or anybody who feels that they’ve been
discriminated against on the basis of
their gender or their sex is to really
take a look at their workplace whether
it’s a if it’s a very large workplace in
their division or their the department
in which they work or if it’s a smaller
workplace look at the entire workplace
and look at the demographics of the
people who work there and look at
examples of how people of an opposite
gender are treated and compare that to
how the employee is treated and when you
juxtapose the two when you compare the
two you can determine if there is gender
discrimination within the workplace
