Yeah, so it’s very important to ensure that you don’t talk to people that you don’t trust. One of the things I’ve come to find in clients is they want to get it off their conscious. They want to tell everybody I didn’t do this. They go to their neighbors, they go to their coworkers, they go to family friends and they say oh, well I didn’t do this and this is why. No, if you want to keep this private then the key is to keep the circle as tight as possible. You don’t want to go out there and disclose it because as we’ve seen in the news media, any bit of knowledge can start a rumor mill. And by the time that whisper down the lane comes back to you, all of a sudden, you’re a convicted felon. And so, you can’t control the police, you can’t control the press but you can at least control your own mouth and the mouth of those how might know what’s going on. And so that’s the first and foremost is to not go around talking. If you need to talk to somebody, hire a therapist.
