The real important question is what you’re hiring the attorney to do. If you’re simply hiring an attorney to meet with you and provide you what your rights are, what your responsibilities are, and what your claims you have, obviously, there doesn’t need to be a lot at stake to have those basic needs answered. Los Angeles, CA estate & trust lawyer David A. Shapiro talks about how much money needs to be at stake in order to justify estate litigation.
