well there are a couple uh there’s a a

boiler explosion case that was the

highest verdict in five years in

Massachusetts for an injury case but

others actually at construction sites uh

really have a common theme and that is

uh these people they happen to have been

young men very hardworking not all that

experienced in some instances in the

construction field and are almost left

to their own devices and the results can

be catastrophic in terms of physical

injuries these have involve Falls of 40

feet Falls of 25 feet collapsing staging

and things of that nature these have led

to significant very notable large

recoveries and I believe first and

foremost it’s because of the client

secondly the facts as developed were

very favorable to the client and thirdly

I believe by not leaving any stone

unturned I’ve been able to through

documents through collection of

information from Witnesses and by Avid

deposition representation I’ve been able

to obtain very good results at

mediations for those deserving

clients
