When bringing a lawsuit a business owner has to thing beyond simply the dollars and cents. And of course, the dollars and cents are what’s it going to costs in attorney fees, expenses, experts that type of thing and what’s my possible gain in terms of dollars I could get out of this lawsuit? But lawsuits involve also a tremendous amount of energy devoted by parties so it may distract the president of a company from doing other things while they have to deal with a litigation whether they’re a plaintiff or a defendant.
