I have many different ways that I have charged, most of them are an hourly rate, which, you know, we can negotiate. Some clients prefer to do it on a flat fee where we figure out what I believe to be a fair fee for the handling of the appeal and that we agree to go on that basis. And in some cases, have done a success fee, where my rate will be X and then if we succeed on appeal, I could get 10, 20 percent more as a success rate. So there are many different ways that the fee can be structured.
