I would say typically, motor vehicle accident. So, I have one right now where a passenger had a resulting traumatic brain injury from a motor vehicle accident and he still has, you know, long-term disability from that. That’s one example.
I had a case I tried a few years ago where my client was essentially run off the road by a snowplow. His truck overturned. He was almost decapitated. He almost died. So, cases where I call catastrophic injury, I don’t typically handle the whiplash type cases. These are cases that are catastrophic to the person that’s been injured and their family.
