the road versus in a car a lot of
factors can come into play on what

circumstance so it’s usually worth even
in those circumstances when you’re told
that’s the coverage to find out go to an
experienced traveller to figure out all
your coverages and make sure
everything’s been taken care of
Minneapolis personal injury attorney, Michael Bryant, explains how to make sure you get what you deserve from an insurance agent after your daughter or son was killed in a car accident. He explains that while insurance companies are supposed to inform clients about their coverages, there can be issues if they start giving legal advice on what those coverages fully entail. He notes that in cases they’ve handled, clients have sometimes discovered five or six times more coverage than initially indicated. Coverage can depend on many variables—such as which car a person was in or other circumstances on the road—so it’s usually worth consulting an experienced trial lawyer to review all coverages and ensure nothing is overlooked.
