Spousal support is determined uh based
on each party’s income and station in
life. There are other factors the court
um considers. Spousal support is
designed for those that there’s a
disparity of income between the parties.
And so my best advice is maintain status
quo. Don’t go out and do anything um
untoward. uh if you’re contemplating a
divorce, learn your rights, get a get a
guideline calculation of what your
support rights are and um move forward
that way. So my best advice is to
maintain status quo and learn your
rights.
