ironically bankruptcy isn’t cheap
it doesn’t solve all the problems but
there are certain tools inside the
bankruptcy context that aren’t available
outside of bankruptcy
that
are useful to both creditors and debtors
but in the end especially with my
creditor clients bankruptcies were
intended to protect debtors and so
it can be a little frustrating i think
for some creditors in particular the
process
but
it’s it’s fair in the end

Las Vegas, NV bankruptcy attorney Brigid M. Higgins shares the one piece of advice she repeatedly gives to clients regarding bankruptcy. She remarks that ironically, bankruptcy is not inexpensive, nor does it resolve every financial problem. However, certain tools available within the bankruptcy framework are not accessible outside of it, providing benefits to both creditors and debtors. For her creditor clients in particular, the process can sometimes feel frustrating, as bankruptcy is primarily designed to protect debtors. Despite these challenges, the system ultimately operates fairly.
