When I established Henler Flores law I had an idea that I wanted to represent people against power. And, I wanted to handle cases on an individual basis. I didn’t wanna treat people like commodities. Each case isn’t a case, it’s a person. It’s a person’s story and their story matters.
I wanted to help them tell those stories in a compelling way that could affect change, that could make an impact on the corporations or the other powers that be that cause them harm, that change their lives forever. And, to do it in a way that could not only help those individuals I was representing heal from their harm and damage.
But also, make an impact so it discourages those same corporations and wrongdoers from causing that kinda harm to someone else in the future. And, the best way to do that is to tell compelling stories. And every client that we have, every person that comes to us has a story that matters and we wanna help them tell it.
Austin, TX personal injury attorney Scott Hendler talks about his purpose for Hendler Flores when he founded the firm. He shares that when he established Hendler Flores Law, he had a clear vision: to represent individuals against powerful interests and to handle each case personally. He didn’t want clients treated like commodities. To him, each case isn’t just a case—it’s a person, and every person has a story that matters.
He aims to help clients tell those stories in a compelling way, stories that can drive change and hold corporations or other powerful entities accountable for the harm they cause. His goal is not only to help the individuals he represents heal from their injuries and losses but also to create a broader impact—discouraging future wrongdoing by exposing the consequences of such actions.
For him, the best way to achieve that is through powerful storytelling. Every client who comes to the firm has a story that deserves to be heard, and he is committed to helping them tell it.
